Please note that for all arrivals outside of reception hours, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation.
The sauna and hammam can be accessed upon request and for an additional charge. The sauna and hammam access is subject to a EUR 8 additional charge per person and per use.
The end-of-stay cleaning is free of charge, however the residence requests that you clean the kitchenette before departure.
Please note that guests must produce the credit card used for reservation upon arrival and show photo ID with the same name as the name used for reservation.
Damage deposits:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the property will take a copy of your credit card details.
For stays of 7 tor more, the property will ask for a EUR 500 deposit, which will not be cashed.
These deposits may be used to charge for any damages incurred to accommodation during your stay.
